Our High School Training Programme (Grades 10–12) prepares learners for the world of work with CV building, mock interviews, digital literacy, email etiquette, workplace ethics, and career guidance. We deliver the programme as half‑day or full‑day workshops, multi‑session interventions, or term‑long modules integrated into Life Orientation.
We also offer a train‑the‑trainer option for schools to run the programme internally after our certification.
The curriculum includes: personal SWOT analysis, writing a professional CV and cover letter, completing online job applications, preparing for interviews (including video interviews), understanding basic employment law (what is a contract, leave, notice period), and communication skills (email, phone, in‑person).
For corporate clients, we align the programme with your CSI initiatives or BBBEE skills development spend. We deliver at partner schools, produce impact reports, and track learner outcomes – including job placement or further training enrolment. One client placed 23 learners into part‑time jobs within six months.
We also offer career guidance assessments (interest inventories) and subject alignment workshops to help learners choose post‑school pathways wisely.
The programme is designed for learners in under‑resourced schools, but we can adapt for any high school. All materials are interactive, visually engaging, and available in English (isiXhosa/Zulu versions on request).
