We grow confident, ethical leaders at every level through competency assessments, one‑on‑one executive coaching, and team effectiveness workshops. Our approach is behavioural, not theoretical.
We start with a leadership competency assessment (self and 360° feedback) measuring emotional intelligence, communication, delegation, conflict resolution, strategic thinking, and ethical decision‑making. The assessment identifies strengths and development gaps.
For emerging leaders (team leads, supervisors), we offer a 6‑month development programme including monthly workshops, peer coaching, and on‑the‑job assignments. For senior executives, we provide confidential one‑on‑one coaching (in‑person or virtual) focused on specific challenges such as leading through change, executive presence, or managing underperformance.
We also run team effectiveness interventions for leadership teams: we diagnose team dynamics, decision‑making processes, and psychological safety, then facilitate offsites to build trust and alignment.
All coaching follows global ethical guidelines (ICF or equivalent). We keep coaching sessions strictly confidential – the sponsor (usually HR) receives only aggregated progress indicators, not session details.
Our programmes include a 90‑day action plan with SMART goals, accountability check‑ins, and post‑coaching reassessment. We also offer leadership pipeline programmes (identification and development of high‑potential employees).
