Our skills development facilitators (SDFs) prepare and submit your Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) to your relevant SETA. We start with a skills gap analysis – interviewing employees, reviewing performance data, and identifying critical and pivotal skills needed for your business strategy.
We then draft the WSP, listing planned training interventions (formal learnerships, short courses, on‑the‑job learning) with budgets and timelines. The ATR captures actual training conducted in the previous year, including costs, attendance, and outcomes.
We also complete grant claim calculations – mandatory grants (20% of your levy) and discretionary grants for pivotal skills programmes. We submit on your behalf via the SETA online portal and track the application until funds are released. We advise on pivotal skills that attract higher grant funding.
Our service includes liaison with the SETA during audits or queries. We help you keep the required evidence (attendance registers, certificates, portfolios of evidence) to defend your claim.

Usually 30 April each year, but SETA‑specific dates vary. Missing the deadline forfeits mandatory grants for that cycle. We track all deadlines for you.
We help you create one. Even minimal training (e.g., health & safety, basic computer skills) qualifies. We identify low‑cost interventions that meet SETA requirements.
